PELHAM WATERSIDE SHORTLISTED FOR NATIONAL HOUSING AWARD
NEW residential housing development Pelham Waterside has been shortlisted for ‘ Best Urban Development Outside London ’ at the Inside Housing Development Awards 2021 . than a decade and this month has been shortlisted alongside some of the UK ’ s top new-build schemes - with more than 300 entrants .
The 73-home scheme , which is located near the banks of Nottingham ’ s River Trent within the Waterside Regeneration Zone , has been designed by CPMG Architects to embrace sustainability , community and nature , bringing new residents to the riverside location .

The interest in the development since its launch has been fantastic and over 80 % of the homes in phase one have already been sold or reserved , with completion expected by summer 2021 . Phase two has planning agreed bringing a further 12 houses and 27 apartments , starting on site later this year .
