How To Deal With Annoying Engineers
Here’s a few tips on how to deal with that very
obnoxious workmate
If you’ve got an engineering colleague that’s driving you to your wit’s end, then we’ve
got good news for you. Here are some tips on how to get that annoying engineers off
your back.
Don’t let it get to you
Be the better man or woman. They’re not the center of your
day. If ever something about them ticks you off, just let it
slide.
Avoid them (in a friendly manner)
Don’t enable them. If you can, try to avoid as much
interactions with them. Do not stop doing what you’re
doing if you’re busy. You’ll only feed fuel to the fire if you
do.
Figure out what irritates you
If you can’t stand a person, try to take a deep breath and
think deeply on what they’re doing that pisses you off. If
you can see why they’re doing something that irritates you,
you’ll be a step ahead
Handling obnoxious workmates can add stress to an
already stressful day, so follow these few steps and you’ll
feel a little better every time you go to work.
