CREATING BUILDINGS FOR A SMARTER FUTURE SMART BUILDINGS SHOW 2026
EXCEL LONDON, 14TH-15TH OCTOBER 2026
Smart Buildings Show returns to ExCeL London on 14th-15th October 2026. In 2025 the UK’ s only dedicated commercial smart buildings conference and exhibition enjoyed its biggest event yet with more exhibitors than ever before and 3,500 attendees passing through the doors over two days.
Latest innovations for your building project Whether you’ re working on a newbuild project, a refurbishment, or a complete restoration, today’ s buildings need to meet the expectations of a generation that values sustainability, practicality, efficiency and comfort. For the architects, designers, contractors and built-environment professionals, creating spaces that perform as well as they look is becoming increasingly important.
As the industry responds to the need to reduce energy consumption, operational costs and environmental impact, smart building technology is moving from a specialist consideration to an essential part of modern design and construction. Intelligent systems can help transform how buildings operate, while supporting the longterm performance and usability of the spaces we create.
Smart Buildings Show 2026 brings together the latest technologies, innovations and expertise from across the smart buildings sector, giving visitors the opportunity to discover practical solutions and gain valuable insight into the future of connected, efficient buildings.
For professionals involved in design, construction, refurbishment or restoration, the show provides an opportunity to explore how smart technology can be integrated into projects at every stage. From intelligent lighting and heating to ventilation, security, energy management and automated controls, connected systems can help create buildings that are more responsive to their users and more efficient to operate.
