Designed for speed, simplicity and long-term reliability, the Buteline Plumbing & Heating System offers installers a flexible solution for plumbing, heating and underfloor heating applications.
The Buteline Plumbing & Heating System is designed for installation speed and long-term security, for use with hot and cold potable water, chilled water, central heating and underfloor heating. WRAS-approved, the system uses the same one type of pipe across all applications, simplifying specification and reducing stock requirements.
Installers benefit from easy pipe handling and superb flexibility, with no pipe preparation such as calibrating, chamfering, or deburring required. Offcuts from UFH installations can be used for plumbing applications, minimising waste. For convenience, Buteline also offer red and blue pre-insulated pipe
VIEW TOW TEST in 10mm, 16mm, 22mm and 28mm sizes with Euroclass B fire rating, which fulfils the highest building standards in terms of fire reaction.
Buteline single mould fittings are slim, with no O-rings, grab rings or inserts, significantly reducing the likelihood of errors and ensuring leak-free connections once clamped with their hand tool or press gun. The post-clamp flare on the fittings’ aluminium collar visually indicates joint completion. The resulting permanent joint is maintenancefree and robust, backed by a 25 year guarantee. The range also includes a variety of transition fittings for connecting to pushfit and copper( soldering, compression and press options available).
