membership initiative
Another initiative that we are working on as a party is "membership." one of our big pushes is for "ballot access" in pennsylvania. sb 195 is one of those such initiatives that will help us to get one step further in our efforts. though we should already be protected with the right to "fair and equal elections" through the State and U.s. constitutions, we are unfortunately not protected.
though important, we cannot wait for the passage of sb 195 to occur. this has been in committee for some time and very well could continue in committee for a longer time period. that is why it is so important for us to go ahead and work on a different initiative that will be a permanent solution to a bigger problem.
if we concentrate our efforts on recruiting members to our party who believe in what we believe in and the difference we want to make then we will eventually have the membership needed to be considered a major party and we will not have to concentrate our efforts in fighting for fairness.
It will then be a fair fight which will prove to be the fight of a lifetime to protect the rights of all citizens of these united states!
