Your unconscious knows you better than you do and really is on your side
In order to use your dreams for wellness, it’ s important first of all to pay attention to them.( And, yes, everyone dreams. We only remember our dreams when our level of consciousness shifts during a dream. If you’ re sleep-deprived, you may be spending more time in the deeper levels of sleep, rather than the level in which most dreams take place, and you may consequently not be able to remember your dreams.) After you begin to pay attention to them, you’ ll then want to determine where your dream came from and which type of dream it was.( And any one dream can be a combination of types.)
You then want to consciously register what your dream was about.

Your unconscious knows you better than you do and really is on your side

Some dreams are literal. However, so many of them, if not most, are cloaked in symbolism. We see that puzzling symbolism in many of our dreams because our unconscious works differently from our conscious mind and has a very different vocabulary. We may often discount a dream that may be full of useful information for us, simply because it seemed bizarre. I guarantee you that, even if a dream seems wacky and bizarre, once you decode its meaning( s) – and any one dream can have more than one valid meaning for us – you’ ll find useful and sometimes profound information. Dream interpretation is key.
Once you decode a meaningful dream, you’ ll want to follow up on it in some way. This is how we can use dreams as a tool in our lives for unfolding, growth, and wellness. I have more information on how to do this in my book, Dream Interpretation for Beginners – Understand the Wisdom of Your Sleeping Mind.
I have been interpreting dreams for over 30 years and I have a deep and abiding respect for them. I have a method of dream interpretation that I recommend, but space considerations preclude my including it here.( Please see my book, Dream Interpretation for Beginners, for this procedure and more information.) Two important points I can give you now are to use your intuition and to realize that we all have our own vocabulary in dreams. Dream dictionaries can’ t begin to decode the meaning( s) of symbols in your dreams. Allow yourself to determine what each symbol means to you or to the person who had the dream.
So chew on the above and please allow yourself to respect your dreams and use them for your own unfolding, wellness, and wholeness. Your unconscious knows you better than you do and really is on your side.

“ The Reluctant Intuitive” By Local NC Author Dr. Tatiana Irvin
“ We are each entitled to claim our birthright, long awaited and so often untapped... It is our extrasensory gift of“ Intuition”. Dr. Tatiana H. Irvin invites you to journey through these pages of intimate sharing and if found sufficiently provoked, reclaim your inherent sense of Divine Knowing, your personal intuitive sense that ONLY you can access and claim for yourself.” This earth life is a wild, mysterious and equally complex existence in which we are born whole, and due to societal exposure, devolve in spirals of fragmentation and isolation; only to be left yearning for wholeness and connection yet again. Dr. Tatiana Irvin shares with the reader the intrinsic truth that we are all connected, intuitively bound to one another and WHOLE. From that standard of“ wholeness” we can now see the world cleanly and in full command of our power and potential.
“ Written in the spirit of humility possessed by authentic intuitive channelers, Tatiana Irvin provides factual evidence that there is no separation between souls in our own planetary dimension of living and dimensions beyond. And what’ s more, by honing our own inherent intuitive ability, we may consciously receive guidance from them. I highly recommend this book for assisting readers in attuning to their own soul’ s intricacies and gifts.”- Rev. Michael Bernard
