Have some family time

Research findings published in the journal Plos Medicine have indicated that having strong ties to family and friends can help you live longer, which may be one reason for the renowned good health of Italians, who are known for their close-knit families. A survey of people in 11 different countries – including the US, UK and Australia – also revealed that Brazilians spent the most time with their families (an average of 74 hours per week) and had one of the lowest stress levels. So, take a leaf out of their book and schedule in some family time to give your health a boost.

The French take deep pride in the way they eat. If you wind up in the land of wine and cheese, prep yourself for rich, full meals with fine taste. Oh, and don’t even think about eating in front of a T.V., it’s not going to happen. If you eat in front of the T.V, you’ll be treated like an alien.

They’ll gawk at you and wonder what the heck you were just thinking. Eating

time is intimate time with friends or family. Eating time also lasts from 1 hour to 4 hours at a time. This is also true during working hours. One will actually see closed signs on stores. There is a clear 4 hour gap between 4pm to 8pm, or 1pm to 4pm. Also, make wise, healthy, food choices. Finally, sitting out on the patio is a big thing too; drinking classic and authentic cappuccinos, not your ridiculously hug ones from chain “cafes.”
