the hills of Lucea, Jamaica. We feel this will be invaluable knowledge to bestow upon our Jamaican and American youth. They will then have the ability to go anywhere in the world and build homes made of materials that beforehand they thought were just trash. This project will serve as Sol Adventurers Retreat Center for our volunteers and the youth involved in our program, as well as an educational center and organic farm. We will be cutting down on air pollution as most old tires in Jamaica are burned leading to many respiratory ailments and would cut down on the plastic & glass bottles and tin cans being found more regularly littering the beaches and road sides throughout the island. We would support the local economy by offering locals compensation for bringing us glass & plastic bottles, tin cans and tires. Solar energy and sustainable means of building are becoming more popular on this progressive and island and we are excited to present a model that can lead the way. There is one Earthship already on the island in the Negril area. Please help us to bring this knowledge and biotechnology to our youth and help create a sustainable future.
