begins to feel an overwhelming sense of realization of how everything unfolds due to mental and physical input/output. Many seemingly small events and factors can collect and grow into large issues. What may appear as insignificant could very well turn out to be incredibly important. Therefore tiny behaviors like absentmindedly tossing cigarette butts or inconsiderations of others like cutting people off in line at the store or on the freeway while driving may lead to a moment in time where one is feeling heavily dumped on or disregarded. At the same time small acts of kindness like collecting and disposing of trash, always opening doors for others or even constant general acts of giving can accumulate into reality and become states of being such as rarely encountering obstacles or rarely being on the receiving end of bad things.
It is important to be immensely forgiving and compassionate towards one's self and others. No one is free from error and all human beings have an ability to manifest a heavenly or hellish existence for themselves and those around them. Through introspection we gain the knowledge of true right and wrong. Using compassion we are able to discern between those things that need to be eliminated from our behavior and the things that need to be cultivated and promoted in our lives.
Actions, both right and wrong, as well as inaction all add up to consequence. Karma is collected and expressed and the results are the consequences. If one is constantly suffering this is due to a repeated action or lack of action. This cycle must be altered or interrupted in order for the suffering to cease. By actively participating in introspection a being can recognize those aspects within themselves that result in their own improper behaviors and eventually choose to adjust accordingly. Satisfaction may be able to quickly turn to sorrow but as well suffering can be transmuted into loving contentment with diligent study and practice.
When suffering ceases even momentarily the clarity of heaven can be experienced. Becoming highly tolerant and forgiving toward self and others fills one more and more with real joy and contentment. Vast levels of comprehension are achieved due to the lack of obstacles in the heart and mind. Honestly determining the differences between one's personal faults and attributes and between one's good habits and bad habits is not only a path to enlightenment. It can be considered part of enlightenment itself.
May everyone find peace.
