Elevator
Association
is an
organization composed
of grain elevators that
are federally or state
licensed in the southern
half of Texas. Its primary
purpose is to promote
grain trade in South
Texas. One of the
association’s primary
goals is to give back
to the communities in
which member elevators
are located. This
year, the association
gave three $1,000
scholarships and six
$500 scholarships.
Wharton and Jackson
County had three
deserving individuals
who were each
awarded a $1,000
scholarship. We are
proud to be a part of
STCEA and appreciate
its mission to help
support our youth.
