It ’ s one thing to survey our clients on their overall experience with Rea . It ’ s quite another to take the feedback to drive an even better client experience . Here at Rea , we ’ re doing the latter . As you already know by reading our report on the 2020 client satisfaction survey in the “ In Case You Missed It ” section , we are committed to achieving continued growth and improvement . This is why we are taking your feedback and using it to improve the client experience . It ’ s our goal to be more proactive and drive greater value moving forward . To track our success , we will conduct another client experience survey this year .
We want all our clients to have an awesome experience with Rea . We value your feedback and encourage you to complete the survey when you receive it . “ THE FUTURE OF AUDIT ”

Last year , we announced that Rea & Associates formally partnered with the AICPA , CPA . com , CaseWare International , and 35 other Top 100 accounting firms to develop a data-driven , technology-enabled audit program . This year , as the project continues to move forward , we are pleased to provide you with an update . Dynamic Audit Solution ( DAS ) is an automated audit process designed to cut out inefficiencies and incorporates dynamic elements to find streamlined and automated processes to enhance your client experience and services . Not only will this program position Rea firmly in the forefront of the future of auditing , it will evolve the way we preform our day-to-day responsibilities .
Moving into 2021 , will continue to evaluate the software and methodology to determine the best course of action . If we remain on this course , the projected implement date will occur in July 2022 .

WORK FROM ANYWHERE

2020 changed the way we work , live , and play . Our old way of life is gone and the “ new normal ” is , strangely , feeling more normal every day . Since we , like other businesses , are forging ahead with so many unknowns , we have taken steps to remain nimble in 2021 . We have begun beta testing a new “ Work From Anywhere ” program in Rea & Associates ’ West Central Ohio Region . This program reinforces our philosophy of flexibility while allowing our employees to have the option of working both from home and in the office by effectively providing two workspaces . By providing employees with this option , they no longer have to carry a large amount of equipment back and forth . Instead , they have the technology necessary to serve clients from anywhere .
