Incidents Photographed by our members… Page 5 07/01/17 Houston, TX Level 2 Hazmat operation— Made this Haz-mat that ended up not being anything. According to news reports and FF on scene; a San Antonio Water & Sewage (SAWS) satellite treatment facility had a water leak that was in the chlorine room and, as a precaution called SAFD. Both has-mat teams and a full 1 alarm assignment was called to evacuate the neighborhood and inspect the room. Ultimately everything was working fire minus the water leak which was fixed and attended to by the SAWS department. Zack Newton 07/01/17 Stamford, CT 38Connecticut Ave dryer fire Bill Tenca 07/02/17 San Antonio, TX 1000blk Gibbs—Engine 3 laid out on a small fire on the east side today in the 1000blk of Gibbs St. EN03 checked on with smoke showing on the Charlie Side and advised incoming units that they would be pulling redline and a preconnect. En- gine 5 staged on a plug while 3’s had a quick knockdown with minor extension into the attic. Companies on the ticket were EN03, EN05, EN04, EN09, PL01, SQ09, and BC06 Zack Newton
