When I was at Giddens- Steadham Elementary School, I attended WE Day and was inspired to do something to help our community. My friends Ava, Charish, Miriam, Alaina and I had a shoe drive. We collected 540 pairs of shoes and donated them to Life Message to help families in Rowlett.

I spoke with my mother, set a plan and created the See Me Beyond charity. I got my family and Sachse teammates involved to gather monthly food donations for Life Message, which helps over 500 families a month.
