When I was at Giddens- Steadham Elementary School , I attended WE Day and was inspired to do something to help our community . My friends Ava , Charish , Miriam , Alaina and I had a shoe drive . We collected 540 pairs of shoes and donated them to Life Message to help families in Rowlett .
