# YOURCHOICE
Good choice
Our new Your Choice branding is now live in our Ireland Carphone Warehouse stores – to remind our customers of the variety, value and choice we offer in store and online. As the branding went live, our Irelandbased store managers met in Croke Park for their sales conference, where they discussed how we can improve our leadership and teamwork to make sure we can deliver world-class service to our customers.

Keep an eye on Workplace for the launch of our new brand campaign
The roll out of t: app, our new colleague scheduling tool, has started in our 3-in-1 stores and has been met with a lot of enthusiasm from both managers and colleagues. t: app delivers the functionality colleagues have been asking for. It makes managing schedules easier and makes sure colleagues are paid correctly. Colleagues can use a mobile app when they are working, request holidays and more. It’ s a win-win for everyone!
Jason Francis, Senior Manager in the Workforce Management team, said:“ Our colleagues and managers told us we had to be more transparent and make the processes of managing‘ work life’ simpler and more convenient. Getting paid correctly, knowing when you’ re working, and having easy access to your time off are the three most important things to our colleagues – and with t: app we’ ve worked hard to get these things right.
“ The best bit for me is that colleagues have more control and can access this information from anywhere, on any device. It won’ t stop there though. t: app helps us imagine how our colleagues might want to work in the future – like being able to swap shifts and work extra shifts in other stores.”
“ It’ s really easy to interact with schedules and I know my colleagues are getting paid accurately for their work.”
Raj Laroiya, General Manager
“ Colleagues know their request has been received and get notifications when its been actioned, so they can plan their work and personal lives better.” Danny Sarlo, People & Operations Manager
“ t: app gives me complete control and access at work or on the go. The app is user-friendly and allows me to balance my work and family time.” Yasmin Alom, Admin colleague
