LINDA MINTZ , CO-CHAIRMAN With a diverse background in business , acquisitions and law , Linda has spent her entire career learning how to grow assets and make businesses stronger . Hailing from Minneapolis , she went on from business school at Tulane University to attend law school in Miami , eventually landing in New York to practice law at Weil , Goshal & Manges . In the 1990s , she proved to be ahead of the market by launching a health food company specializing in snack foods . Learning the challenges of being a female entrepreneur first-hand , she then turned to helping other businesswomen navigate the venture capital and private equity landscape through advising , consulting , and public speaking engagements across the country . Linda also joined renowned law firm Greenberg Traurig as a partner , and has held positions at Citibank and Lioness Capital Partners . Now , in addition to co-chairing Care Finders Total Care , LLC , she serves on the Progyny Board of Directors and Atlantis Associates Board of Advisors while also serving as managing partner at LCP Advisors , LLC . Bringing this unparalleled level of experience to the world of home health care , her mission is crystal clear : to provide a complete range of dignified care for elderly patients in need .
SANDY HAUSNER , CO-CHAIRMAN Having spent the majority of his career as a revered and successful lawyer in New York City , Sandy made the shift to the home health care industry with the firm belief that comprehensive care can dramatically improve overall patient outcomes . After graduating from the New York University School of Business with a double major in Accounting and Finance , he went on to earn law degrees from both Brooklyn Law School and the New York University School of Law . Having worked with clients in more than 40 countries and served as an advisor to a variety of technological , financial and governmental organizations , Sandy now takes pride in utlizing his expertise and leadership as part of a company that ’ s committed not only to reducing health care costs but also – and most importantly – to delivering dependable , superior-quality home health care .
