Sam’s state of the nation was not simply a report on the year that was, it
was an opportunity to share the Group’s vision and ambition: to be the most

It was also an important forum for Loan Market to share the details of their
plans for the future, with an emphasis on investing in digital tools that keep
the customers at the centre of their strategies.

we want to run and what we want to be known as - to be their advisor or to
just get the deal done.”
Sam was joined on stage by Stephen Scahill, Jason Furnell, Brian Greer
and Julie Caulfield as the Loan Market team provided an overview of their
latest products in marketing, digital and business growth in Australia and
New Zealand. Each shared their strategy for taking Loan Market to the next
level, not only by providing high quality customer service but also actively
anticipating their needs.
