4 The Land mark 1000 th Meeting of Calcutta Central Round Table 38 was done on the 7 th October’18 at Banquet Hall, Calcutta Swimming Club from 7 pm onwards. The meeting was graced by NP Tr Dhruv Dalmia as Chief Guest along with entire Area Head Board AC Tr Manish Lakhotia, AVC Tr Jeet Agarwal, AST Tr Amit Agarwal & IPAC Tr Vivek Dalmia • ‘Fellowship In Tabling Coin’ (FIT Coin) – 2 nd Successful month and it’s getting popular day by day. Tablers are eager and excited to be the FIT Coin holder. The concept of Coin holders meeting each other over fellowship has been loved and appreciated by all the tablers who had the privilege of holding the coins last month and meeting tablers. CSRT17 & CSLC27 jointly with CRT4 donated 2 Computer set on the 10 th of October’18 under their community service ‘Gyan Daan’ to the students of Chakrakrishna Prathmik School, Hirapur, Sankrail. • Area Fellowship ‘Snooker Tournament’ was hosted by KVRT 227 on the 28 th October’18 at Saturday Club from 12pm onwards. It was a whole day event wherein tablers from all tables participated. The tablers had a blast and enjoyed the game over fellowship & bonding. CSRT106 under their initiative ‘Her Hygiene’ Distributed sanitary pads, foods packets and sweets boxes to sex workers of around Kalighat area. CMRT 41 inducted Anant Agarwal on the 8 th October’18 in the presence of Area Chairman Tr Manish Lakhotia, Area Extension Convener Tr Abhishek Bhaiya and tablers of CMRT41. He is a professional nutritionist and a bio scientist and had been a prospect for around 7 months. 4 a e r A Watch out for the following events in Area 4this November 2018: • RTI Week – Plans to do Community Services together and jointly by all tables of the Area. • Fellowship – Ultimate Frisbee, Area Diwali Fellowship & FIT Coin continuation • LAPD – Area 4 initiative LAPD programme ‘Floor is Supreme’ Apart from these tabling events, the Area too organised the following events • The remaining 15 (out of 22) wishes taken up by the Area tables under the Area initiated Community Service ‘Make A Wish’ were fulfilled thereby bringing smiles on the faces of 15 less privileged children suffering from life threatening diseases at various city hospitals. • The 5th & 6th edition of Advertisement of RTI was published in the ‘T2 – The Telegraph’ on the 12 th & 31st Oct’18 respectively.
