event was that girls of Orphan School were participated and the
Table gave them Gifts and Trophies at the end of the event.
On 09.03.2019, Area XI has witnessed a Chartered Ceremony
of the 7 th Table in Ahmedabad in the name and style of
“Ahmedabad Millennial Round Table 333”. This event was
attended by Tablers from Ahmedabad and Rajkot. Kudos to
ART 40 and AMRT 333 for making a new benchmark in Area
XI. ALERT 208 and VVRT 210 celebrated its respective
Chartered Day in the month of March, 2019.
The flavour of the month was the National LAPD Programme
“Train the Trainer” 2019 which was organised at Narayani
Hotel and Resorts in Ahmedabad from 15 th to 17 th of March,
2019. Tr. Chirag along with Tr. Naynesh and Tr. Swaraj with the
facilitators of the programme. The programme was attended by
28 participants including International participants from Nepal
and Sri Lanka. We see a good bunch of New Trainers will soon
be added to the facilitators group of Round Table India and
Ladies Circle India. The 2 days of TTT Programme was full of
learning and masti and it was also attended by National Vice
President Tr. Piyush Daga, National President Cr. Namrata
Shenoy and National LAPD Convenor Tr. Moriya Philip.
On 20 th March, 2019, All Ahmedabad Holi Milan was
organized where all the 7 Tables from Ahmedabad participated
and enjoyed the ambience and the food. They also together have
done Holikadahan and the entire lot of Tablers, Circlers and
Twinklers enjoyed the evening together. Holi / Dhuleti
Fellowships were also enjoyed by Tables in Surat, Jamnagar,
Rajkot and Ahmedabad.

Area XI has launched its Area AGM Theme for the 10 th Area
AGM in Pushkar on 9 th and 10 th of August, 2019.
We have the Chartered Celebration of Rajkot Round Table on
26 th April, 2019 as well as the 4 th AEX and the Sports Meet
coming on 27 th and 28 th of April, 2019 in Gandhidham.
We are looking for a Great Fellowship, Chartered Event, Sports
Meet and AEX at the fag end of April, 2019.
