March started on a high for Area 9.
Our boys performed exceptionally at
Jaffa 2019 and were declared as joint
winners with Area 12. I am sure we
would have witnessed a great match if
it were not for the unseasonal rains
that hit New Delhi on the day of the
Finals.
With the NP Tr Dhruv Dalmia visiting
vishakhpatnam the 5 tables namely, RT
77, RT 92, RT 213, RT 225 and RT
305 came together and organised a
joint meeting which was also attended
by AC Tr Sai Madhukar Rathi, AVC Tr
Umesh Padia and AST Tr Kshitij
Bafna. All the tables showcased what
they had done for the last 3 quarters. In
the same meeting NP Tr Dhruv Dalmia
also presented the Presidents Star pin
to AC Tr Sai Madhukar Rathi. It was a
proud moment for the Area.
