The 3 rd Area Executive Meet (AEX) of Area 4
was held on the 23 rd of March’19 at The Pool
Side, Stadel, Kolkata. The entire Area Head Board
along with Table Chairmen and Conveners were
present, wherein the Table Chairmen &
Conveners shared their plans for the coming 4 th
Quarter.
A Joint Meeting was held on the 17 th March’19 at
Haldiram’s Banquet wherein 14 tables of Area 4
joined hands. The joint meet was done keeping in
view the Holi festive season, which gave
opportunity to tablers of Area to come and meet
fellow tablers and spread colours and joy. They
fellow tablers had a great time bonding during the
meet and had a blast over thandai and snacks
during the fellowship post meeting.

less fortunate kids were taken to Puri via
Bhubaneswar to enjoy the flight on aeroplane
which was the first experience for them which
overwhelmed them with immense happiness. The
smiles on the children faces motivated us more to
conduct more of such activities for their happiness
and hope it also motivated them to study harder to
become a successful individual in future. Children
were given food packets at the Kolkata airport and
on arrival in Bhubaneswar kids were taken to time
zone to enjoy for one hour exclusively and
breakfast was served.
After an hour drive to Puri the auspicious temple
of Jagannath was visited to take the blessings and
Prasadam as lunch was relished at a hotel. The
evening was spent at the beach.
