A TREND HERE TO STAY?

Local business publications are putting out numerous
articles on utilizing 3-D Scans for a more realistic tour of
real estate. Will this technology replace the current picture-
based advertising we most commonly see now? Is the new-
tech cost prohibitive for agents without a large budget to
promote their listings? What is this new technology, and
what does it offer to the Realtor®, and more importantly,
buyers?
