After spending time at our last destination - Risk Management for International Practitioners - we are now en-route to our International Day on June 20th, 2017. That morning, you will have the opportunity to dive into International Real Estate Law, Tax Law for International Customers, and Visa Regulations. For lunch indulge in foods from around the world. After lunch you will have the opportunity to explore Mortgages for International Customers, Currency Exchange, and you will be given an Economical Outlook on Real Estate. At our next destination we will be climbing the mountain of “At Home with Diversity,” taking place September 6th, 2017 - a continuing education class that can earn you 6 CE credits. Leaving our hiking boots behind, we will take direct course to the destination you all have been waiting for - the little island in the sun that’s called CIPS “(Certified International Property Specialist)” a designation class. We will spend October 12th - October 18th, 2017 (no classes on the weekend) discovering the world of international real estate. This designation is not only beneficial to any real estate practitioner working with international customers in the home market, but will allow you to understand the way of how other countries conduct Real Estate Business and will open the doors for you to expand your business portfolio. The committee has put together a great program including a welcome & farewell reception and has not spared any efforts to sign on International Developers in different countries that you will be able to connect with during this program. Should you at any time during our journey have any questions, please feel free to contact anyone of the International Business Committee flight crew.
