BY NICK BEJELIS, SELLSTATE ACHIEVERS REALTY Welcome to 2018! ‘New Year New You’ right? By now you have settled into your new daily routine, you are disciplined with your new exercise regime, and you are adhering to your new business plan to help you reach those new goals. Feels great! The truth is we all strive to implement systems to increase productivity in both our professional and personal lives. At home, I’m determined to have my Amazon Alexa that sits under a window do more than tell me the weather outside said window that I can clearly see for myself. And I am always striving to learn the latest and newest business trends and technologies to help improve my workflow. If there’s a way for me to do my job better, I will find it. Lucky for you I have found a way, and I am here to share it with you. So, what’s the secret to helping someone perform their job better? It is mobile applications (better known as apps). Practical basic tips from a few key apps used in combination with established strategies can change the way you do business for the better. These little digital platforms offer productivity hacks that can help you become more successful in all walks of life. Now there are millions of apps that do millions of different things, so I did all the leg work and found some of the best and highest rated apps to help you reach that mountaintop. I also split them up into different categories for easy reference. There is no need to download each and every one of these apps, but I recommend you take a hard look at them all and see which ones may be able to add value to your life or business and help you become that ‘New You’ both personally and professionally. *Please keep in mind that new tech tools can greatly enhance your ability to convert leads and provide better customer service, but real estate is still a face-to-face business. **All apps mentioned are downloadable from either iOS Apple ‘App Store’ and/or ‘Google Play Store.’ 20 RPCRA.ORG | JAN/FEB 2018 SOCIAL MEDIA Facebook - Keeping up with friends is faster and easier than ever.
