this school which was inaugurated in the month of June,
2019, they have installed kitchen garden and biogas plant
as an initiative of go green Activity. On the very same
day ALERT – 208 has inaugurated its Toilet Block and
Sanitation Project at Zolapur Primary School in Sanand.
There are total 750 kids which will have the benefit of
Toilet Block and Sanitation and it was separately
constructed for both boys and girls. This initiative was
under Swachh Bharat Abhiyan and FTE assist undertaken
by the Table.
On 16 th June, 2019, many Tables of Area XI have
celebrated the Cricket Fellowship by enjoying the India –
Pakistan Match of ICC 2019 Cricket World Cup. GRT –
254 has also coming up with its Maiden School Project
and Toilet Block inauguration at J H Shukla Madhyamik
Shala on 27 th June, 2019. It will be an inauguration of 3
classroom project and a toilet block at the school. JRT –
302 has also supported GRT – 254 by contributing its
funds towards the FTE Assist Project. The inauguration
will be done in presence of National Treasurer Tr. Ashish
Gupta.
On 26 th June, 2019 we have 25 kids who are coming
from Udaipur under the Flight of Fantasy initiative to
Ahmedabad which will be hosted by ART – 40, AHRT –
193 and ALERT 208 along with the respective LC jointly.
They will stay for the night in Ahmedabad and thereafter
return to Udaipur next day.
On 22 nd and 23 rd June, 2019, Area XI is hosting its TExT
for its 11 th Area Board in Ahmedabad. More than 30
participants are expected to attend to take the benefits of
TExT in Ahmedabad. Further we have FTE Project
Inauguration of AHRT193 proposed on 29 th June, 2019.

Lastly on 30 th June, 2019, the last day of Tabling Year
2018-19, the Area Chairman is planning to keep All
Ahmedabad Fellowship which will be signing of
fellowship celebrating the good work and success
achieved during Tabling Year 2018-19.
All in all Area XI has achieved great heights in all facets
of tabling under the abled chairmanship of Tr. Ankit
Agarwal during Tabling Year 2018-19.
