7 Ambrra River Resorts which carried on into the wee hours next morning breakfast at 8:00 A.m. The 1 st AEX of the Area was held at Ambrra River Resorts on 19 th August 2018 at 10:00 A.m Being the First AEX of the Year all Table Chairman and Area Convenors projected the past events and also shared their plans for the quarter. The Month Started off with a Bang with Most of the Tables Celebrating the Friendships Day Social. This was followed by the regular meetings and the Independence Day Celebrations were also conducted by the tables in their respective FTE Schools. SCRT 84 was proud to be part of a sports meet for differently abled and special children. over 1500 children participated in indoor and outdoor games at the event. There was good publicity for the event including print and media coverage. ORT 55- true to their spirit of fellowship had more than 10 fellowships this month with various Tables and Tablers of Area -6 Whose Area AGM was Held at Ooty. ORT 55 in association with JCI Ooty conducted mega Inter School and Intercollege Cultural event under the Banner of Star Quest 2018 which was attended by various schools and Colleges from around the District. CCRT 31 Donated 2 limbs this month for the needy. School uniform distribution to 65 Students of VOC school Karur at a cost of Rs.30000/- was done by KRT 138. GCRT 143, PRT 81, RT 69, RT 165, RT 277 have been in the heart of Kerala relief operations where they have gone and visited and provided relief material to places without approach. ESRT 211 along with ERT 98 engaged their Twinklers with a Craft Workshop. & ESRT 211 also conducted a BEST out of Waste Campaign for the Twinklers Fellowship has been galore across the Area this month. Our Area Sports Convener has had everybody pepped up with the Health messages every Morning. Our Area Projects Team has been busy in the wake of the Natural disaster. 7 a e The whole world has been talking about the Disaster that struck our AREA in Locations like Wynaad, Kannur, Palakkad and Calicut where Round Table Is Present our Tablers in these area have braved the storm and gone ahead with all their heart , soul & Might to help those in need. They have gone where no transport can go to provide relief materials for the many people who had been stranded. We salute their might and courage for their selfless service and doing service above self. r A We also thank tablers of Various Tables within our Area and the National Level for coming forward and helping by raising funds for the cause.
