CI hosted the 4th “China Through My Eyes” Photo Contest and had 102 photographs submitted. We had two categories “People
and Culture” and “Natural and Urban Landscapes”. This is a way for people who have traveled to China in the last year to share what
they have observed about China. The winners were displayed at the Nanjing Normal University Visiting Troupe Performance. First
place in People and Culture was Xu Yingzi with her picture “Honoring the Ancestors” taken at Hangzhou. First place in Natural and
Urban Landscapes was Wang Xiao with his picture “Snow at Turret” taken at the Beijing Imperial Palace Turret. A big thanks to all
those who participated in the contest and for our judges who shared their expertise with us.
