There are or there have been rivers in Eu-
rope that have made the history of fly fi-
shing, one was the Traun of Gmunden. The
Goiserer Traun is a branch that generates
it, is the jewel of the Salzkammergut, the
reserve from the Hallstatter runoff to Ste-
eg, continues for about 5 km until you get
over the bridge of the village of Bad Goi-
sern, from which the Traun takes its name.
