Contributors Lindsay Igoe Editor, Graphic Designer Lindsay is an undergraduate student at Syracuse University studying public relations at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications. She has minors in marketing, geography, and sociology and is in the Fashion and Beauty Communications Milestone Program. Wagner Contributing Writer Marcia Wagner is a specialist in pension and employee benefits law, and is the principal of The Wagner Law Group, one of the nation’s largest boutique law firms, specializing in ERISA, employee benefits and executive compensation, which she founded over 19 years ago. A summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Cornell University and a graduate of Harvard Law School, she has practiced law for over twenty-eight years. Tom began his career in the financial services industry managing the fixed income desk of the Regional Institutional Sales Group for the Lehman Brothers division of Shearson in Rochester NY. In 1994, he joined Prudential Securities, Inc. and helped develop the Private Client Group and Qualified Plan Consulting Group practices. Mr. Burns joined Vanguard in December 1999 and has more than 35 years of actuarial and consulting experience, encompassing all aspects of plan design, implementation, administration, compliance, funding, and terminations for all types of qualified retirement plans.
