Our dealer group aftersales
conference is a yearly meeting of
aftersales representatives from our
dealer network, where we review the
year’s activities and proposed plans
for next 12 months.
Who were your delegates?
Mainly representatives from dealers,
such as service managers, dealer
principals, warranty controllers as
well as representatives from our
business partners.
Why did you choose the British
Motor Museum?
Location, parking, accessibility and
the flexibility of the venue. We
wanted to be able to have vehicles in
our main meeting room as well as a
small exhibition area for partners
and suppliers.
he British Motor
Museum boasts
over 2,000sqm of
conference and
exhibition space.
The venue, which recently had a £2m
refurbishment, features a rooftop
Sky Suite with a private roof terrace
and bar area, that includes
panoramic views across the
Warwickshire countryside with
capacity for up to 200 delegates
theatre-style and 240 for dining.
The Conference & Exhibition Suite
seats up to 600 theatre style, and
the Lecture Suite seats up to 200.
Both rooms benefit from vehicular
access for product launches and
showcases and can be split or
partially divided into two smaller
rooms. The venue’s flexible room
arrangements also include a
680sqm Exhibition Gallery, with an
additional 18 rooms for smaller
meetings seating up to 50 delegates.

9,700sqm of hard standing land
which is licensed for up to 5,000
visitors, making the British Motor
Museum a suitable environment for
outdoor events, ride and drives, as
well as meetings, conferences,
exhibitions.
All profits generated by
conferences and events are donated
to the British Motor Industry Heritage
Trust, ensuring a valuable
contribution to the care and
conservation of British motoring and
its social history.

was excellent and the staff were
