Agencies have a responsibility to themselves and their clients to continue growing . They can no longer rely just on their venue knowledge and their skillset of delivering events but now they need to demonstrate their knowledge and commitment to sustainability ; and ensuring inclusion , diversity and equity is demonstrated from the start to the finish of the partnership with their client .
