Warren House , originally built in the 1800 ’ s , is a picturesque Grade II listed hotel , on the outskirts of Kingston-Upon-Thames , Surrey . Boasting 11 meeting spaces , 46 unique bedrooms and two self-catering apartments , this hotel is perfect for every event , whether that be a meeting or conference , a gala dinner , private lunch , or wedding .

During the Covid-19 lockdown , we were very lucky to be able to begin our extensive refurbishment of the hotel , bringing it into the modern world whilst keeping its historical charm . We managed to renovate our gym and swimming pool , which is

On top of this we have a remarkable terrace area where you can sit , drinking a glass of prosecco or Pimms whilst enjoying a lovely afternoon tea .

Warren House shouts historical venue . Back in the early 1900 ’ s , when the property was still a residential house , during the Second World War , Winston Churchill would visit Warren House , would go into our sunken garden , and just sit within his own thoughts .

The grounds are situated directly opposite Coombe Wood Golf Club . It is a five-minute walk to nearby Richmond Park , the venue enjoys excellent transport links to

Wimbledon Tennis Club and Hampton Court Palace , just four miles away . The hotel is eight miles from central London and is within easy reach of Heathrow and Gatwick airports . The nearest railway stations are Norbiton and Kingston-Upon-Thames with a direct line to London Waterloo . The nearest tube station is Richmond , which is three miles away .

Kingston-Upon-Thames town centre is just a short journey from Warren House and has the Bentalls centre , a large shopping centre , a cinema , theatre and numerous local restaurants and bars .

Surrey also boasts some of the best walking or cycling routes anywhere in the country .
