Sandown Park Racecourse
Sandown Park Racecourse,
part of The Jockey Club
Venues Collection, is located
in the county of Surrey, just 15
miles from Central London.
The racecourse, which was
established in 1875, has a
rich racing history and hosts
24 racing fixtures a year.
Sandown Park Racecourse is
a fantastic location for
exhibitions, hosting events
such as The Baby & Toddler
Show and VolksWorld. In total,
Sandown has 12 event
spaces available, with a
number of private boxes also
available for smaller meetings
and events.
Last year, the racecourse
unveiled two new luxury
spaces, The Gallery and the
1875 Lounge, which are
perfect for hosting networking
events and incentives, both
spaces are also available for
exclusive use. Sandown Park
Racecourse is a few minutes
away from the M25 and A3.
Esher Train Station is a
25-minute journey from
London Waterloo.

Chepstow Racecourse
Chepstow Racecourse is
home of Wales’ most
prestigious race meeting, the
Coral Welsh Grand National,
and is also an established
meetings and events venue in
Monmouthshire.
Chepstow Racecourse is
set within 400-acres of
tranquil parkland on the edge
of the Wye Valley, making it
ideal for outdoor teambuilding
and events with space for up
to 10,000*.
The racecourse also has a
number of large suites that
work well for conferences,
exhibitions, and events offering
space for up to 350, including
the newly renovated Gin & Fizz
lounge and Native River lounge
which overlook the racecourse
and host up to 80 people*.
The racecourse is located on
the A466 Chepstow to
Monmouth, close to the Severn
Bridge. The venue also boasts
1,500 free parking spaces, so
parking is never a worry for
your delegates. The venue is
easily accessible by train from
London (via Newport), Cardiff,
the Midlands, South West
England and across Wales.

Ayr Racecourse
Ayr Racecourse, the home of
the Scottish Grand National,
located in South Ayrshire is the
only Grade 1 track racecourse
in Scotland.
The racecourse, which
opened on its current site in
1907, has a dedicated
conference and exhibition
centre on site, the only venue
of its kind in Ayrshire. The
Princess Royal Exhibition,
Banqueting and Conference
Centre at Ayr Racecourse,
which opened in 2008, has 11
event spaces. The largest
space, the Ayrshire Suite, is
capable of hosting up to 1,000
delegates* theatre style.
Ayr Racecourse also benefits
from more than 150 acres of
land, ideal for hosting outdoor
events and teambuilding
activities including quad biking.
The racecourse also has its
own 49-bed four-star hotel
on-site, making it a great
location for incentive trips.
The racecourse is
conveniently located close to
the M77 motorway connecting
it with major cities including
Glasgow and Edinburgh. The
racecourse can also be
accessed by train, with Ayr
train station a 12-minute walk
away.
