THE STADIUM EVENTS & HOSPITALITY AWARDS 2022
The Stadium Events & Hospitality Awards 2022 was held at Liverpool FC , and marked the 15th annual awards event and 20th anniversary of organisers , Stadium Experience .
The prestigious event , sponsored by Carlsberg Marston ’ s Brewing Company , welcomed representatives from 40 + football and rugby venues . Around 400 guests enjoyed live Beatles entertainment , gala dinner , awards , and partying until the early hours . The event also raised £ 700 for Hospitality Action .
The awards recognise the catering , conference and events teams at stadia across the UK , with over 450 accolades presented to the best in the business since the awards began . For 2022 , over 75 clubs were nominated , with 22 scooping at least one of 39 gongs . All award categories were independently judged , by stadium directors , and industry experts .
The results
Newcastle United FC scored three top awards and one silver , Tottenham Hotspur FC won two and three silvers , while Worcester Warriors won one and three silvers . Leeds Rhinos Rugby Club won the Overall Matchday Hospitality Award , against 20 other venues . www . conference-news . co . uk
