So , what ’ s Briggs ’ success story ?

Briggs launched her staffing agency mid-pandemic and in less than two years , it has seen a sign off revenue of £ 1.2m with a 35 % margin . “ Launching a successful agency through a very challenging time is no mean feat , Charli has clearly achieved a lot and has a huge amount to be proud of ,” commented one of our judges .

Since its launch , Eventure has scaled at pace and has created virtual events for clients such as Dell and live events for American Express . Through its growth , the team now encompasses five individuals and has won various awards . “ The growth of Eventure has been phenomenal ,” another judge added .

What are Briggs ’ plans for the future ? To support the agency ’ s

long-term growth , in the next year Briggs aims to hire a business development manager . In the next three years , Eventure will continue to focus on quality staffing and provide trained counsellors for its freelancers and team . “ This will ensure they are nurtured , professionally developed and promoted from within ,” she says .

Finally , I asked Briggs what it means to be recognised by her industry peers .
