We always pride ourselves on working collaboratively with our customers , and this hasn ’ t changed . We guide our customers through the various delivery options in the same way we have always done , by drawing on experience , understanding their brand , policies and event requirements , and aligning the event solutions that best suit each customer ’ s needs . What is different is the information we need at the front end , to make sure the end solution is the right one .

approach . We start by setting up an initial call to define what the ideal event looks like for our customer . We then work backwards , connecting the dots , considering government guidelines and assessing attendee health and safety , all while collaborating with our customers to understand the following : what content needs to be delivered ; which event type ( live , hybrid or virtual ) is likely to successfully deliver the event ’ s key messages ; and what the audience size is .
Then we must also consider where the attendees are travelling from ( if a live or hybrid event is an option ); what the company travel policy is ( are any travel bans in place ?); whether the attendees are willing to travel , and could we use delegate registration to gauge this better ?
We ’ ll then take the responses , draw on our knowledge , and guide our customer in selecting the best delivery option for the event , while also making sure they feel assured that whichever solution they choose , we ’ ll expertly support them , every step of the way .
