Below: Emirates Old Trafford Emirates Old Trafford City, Etihad Stadium Manchester United, Old Trafford Despite a recent dip in form on the pitch, few clubs have larger international appeal than Manchester United. The club has played at Old Trafford since 1910, and today it boasts the largest club-level capacity at 75,000. The stadium boasts extensive conference facilities, with the Platinum Lounge and Premier Suite both ideal for boardroom style events, and the Manchester Suite and International Suite both suitable for large conferences for up to 1,100 delegates. The Mancunian is a space with capacity for 250 in reception layout, with the Chairman’s Club room going that bit further with space for 300 standing. The largest events space, Legends, can hold a massive 500 people in reception layout, with 400 capacity for a cabaret dinner. There is a range of mid-size spaces, such as Joe’s – East and West, and executive boxes make for ideal boardroom-style events. The stadium hosted more than 500 conferences and events in 2019, as well as 24 cricket matches, including six ICC Cricket World Cup matches. Large events can take advantage of the smartly-appointed 1,200-capacity Point and 700-capacity Pavilion.
