As DRPG
Big Picture
enters its
40th anniversary
year, the agency’s CEO Dale
Parmenter pledges £2m
investment in the people that
make the magic happen
Creative communications agency
DRPG hosted its annual Christmas
Conference at 212 studios,
Worcestershire on 20 December.
The conference included a
combination of presentations and a
game show with audience interaction
through DPRG’s new app.
The DPRG team then experienced
a ‘The Lion, the Witch and the
Wardrobe’-themed lunch where they
were transported through an
oversized wardrobe.
The company’s ‘Anything’s
Possible’ awards celebrated its team
members who have demonstrated
high performance. The winners were
nominated by DPRG’s team
members. The technical production
managers were awarded the ‘Team
of the Year’ and Steph Okafor, head
of project management, was
awarded the ‘Anything’s Possible
Team Member of the Year’.
The after-show party also included
live music and DJs.
Dale Parmenter, CEO, DPRG, said:
“2019 has been another incredible
year for our team, particularly the
projects they have created and
delivered for our clients. Our strategic
growth has continued as planned,
with 95 new team members and
over 30 new clients joining the family.
“Our financial results have
continued to ensure we remain a
safe, secure and trusted partner for
them all and the recognition we have
received with 35 industry and
national award schemes is a credit to
the team’s hard work. It’s great we
can pause the company for a day to
reflect, reward and celebrate
together as one team.”
Parmenter concluded that 2020
will be the company’s 40th
anniversary where it will see a “£2m
investment in people, facilities,
acquisitions and infrastructure
globally.”
