Venues play a very important part for every conference or event . Having recently relaunched its conference and events offering , Butlin ’ s has a variety of venues at all three resorts – Bognor Regis , Skegness and Minehead – to host the perfect conference or event .
Butlin ’ s has seen a lot of change since relaunching its proposition , which is now centred around entertaining conference venues . There ’ s a new team , a new creative approach , and a new venue : Studio 36 .
This new space is available at all three resorts and aims to provide the perfect blank canvas to organisers . Studio 36 can host up to 1,600 delegates in a variety of seating arrangements including theatre , cabaret style and gala dinners .
As Studio 36 regularly showcases live entertainment and performances , it ’ s equipped with high quality AV , lighting and sound systems . The new venue aims to impress organisers and delegates , giving flexibility to personalise the space to suit each specific conference or event .
All three resorts offer everything all in one place . As well as Studio 36 there ’ s plenty of other showstopping spaces and venues . These include dedicated Conference Centres , a range of venues including Centre Stage and a variety of restaurants that can be used for breakouts alongside the venues . There ’ s everything from top sports and leisure facilities and fairgrounds . From Go Karts and Dodgems to bars with bowling and American pool . Food and drink play a huge part in any conference and , with a revamped offering alongside a range of accommodation , Butlin ’ s is the ultimate location to host an unforgettable event .
Having recently hosted its first conference since the relaunch , Studio 36 played host to 200 delegates as the main plenary with six theatre-style break-out spaces created within the venue . There were also coffee stations and poser tables to network . The Centre
Stage venue hosted pre-dinner drinks and Gala Dinner followed by an awards ceremony with Butlin ’ s own entertainment performing for delegates .
