As well as rolling out a set of robust policies and sustainability plans , Seager set about tracking carbon emissions and initiated a variety of carbon offsetting projects . An expansive staff training system was installed and , as a Corporate Wellness Coach in her own right , Seager introduced a staff wellness programme to run alongside community involvement initiatives .
