The main concern for event planners and corporates is keeping their teams and delegates safe . Before we even begin the booking process , we ensure that all enquiries receive details on our safety guidelines so that they know we will offer a safe environment .
We have invested in new cleaning equipment meeting the highest standard in cleanliness procedures and protocols across all areas of the resort , and we have been awarded the AIM secure accreditation and VisitBritain ’ s ‘ We ’ re Good to Go ’ industry standard . Our staff and guests have had access to daily rapid testing since the summer as it is vital for us while hosting elite sports teams .
The great outdoors Requests for outdoor events have been on the rise over the last few years , especially as we are seeing warmer and longer British summers , and as we are fortunate to be set within 550 acres of rolling countryside . The pandemic has increased this demand and once the Government announced the roadmap out of lockdown , our enquiries shot through the roof . Although social contact restrictions are easing , many planners feel safer arranging events outdoors given the lower risk of infection .
Taking your event outdoors offers a variety of exciting options and The Belfry ’ s extensive outdoor space means we can host all types of events . From mini-festivals and outdoor TV screenings on our stunning Lichfield lawn to team-building activities including mini golf , disc golf , treasure hunts , Segway riding or laser clay pigeon shooting . Corporate sports days are always popular with traditional games including an egg and spoon race , three-legged race , and wheelbarrow race . www . conference-news . co . uk
