Once we can reunite , team-building will be more important than ever . Teams have been working separately for a long period of time , so it is important to work on rebuilding relationships – with clients and colleagues – once everyone is together again to boost team morale and increase positivity .
The Belfry is renowned for its three golf courses , including The Brabazon and The PGA National , which are recognised as world-class , producing some of the most dramatic moments in the history of golf . When golf reopened last year , the demand from guests to get back out on the courses was incredible ; tee times were selling out almost as quickly as they became available . We expect to see this again this summer , especially after we play host to the Betfred British Masters in May . Golf can take place safely ; it is built for distancing , so this is a perfect way for corporates to reconnect in person safely .

It is important to know straight away exactly where outdoors your event will be held . Will you still have your own private and quiet space , without noise or distractions ? Wi-Fi is also key – is there a strong connection for your guests outside ?
Make sure your outdoor location is close to toilet facilities , so your guests don ’ t have to walk too far . Check power facilities to ensure AV can be set up outside without any difficulty and think about kitchens so your guests can enjoy a warm meal . Outdoor events present exciting catering options . At The Belfry , we have BBQ stations and space for food vans to park so planners can have a choice . Planners do not have to compromise on the quality of the food just because the event is held outside , which is something that our chefs feel very passionate about . Our award-winning chefs offer top-quality three-course alfresco dining and are currently planning a new , innovative outdoor dining menu which we are excited to launch this summer .
The resort is located close to Royal Sutton Coldfield in North Warwickshire , just 20 minutes from Birmingham and easily accessible from the M6 , M40 and M42 , or by train at the Sutton Coldfield or Birmingham International stations .
