Walk and talk There are six walking and jogging trails around the ancient Whittlebury Park estate . The trails range from an hour to three-and-a-half hours long , with several shorter loops for a quick stretch of the legs . Some of the trails begin around the estate ’ s 36-hole championship golf course , before meandering across the surrounding picture-postcard villages , rolling countryside and forest – once the hunting territory of King Henry II and designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty .
