Figures suggest that hotel expansion is needed
Oman offers 18,825 hotels rooms and owing to extensive development, this fi gure is due to increase by 40 % by 2018 with the addition of a further 10,000 rooms. Visitor numbers in 2015 saw an increase of 17.7 %, taking annual numbers to 2.4m.
