Nebius Inflection AI Expert Forum 2026
Overview Nebius Inflection AI Expert Forum 2026, the invite-only event which took place in San Francisco 9 June 2026, brought together 260 + enterprise innovators, AI builders, investors, analysts, and technology leaders in San Francisco for a one-day programme exploring the future of accelerated computing and production-scale AI. Amsterdam-based AI cloud company Nebius’ US market debut, the event combined keynote content, expert panels, and curated networking to shape conversation around agentic systems, infrastructure, and scaling AI capacity.
UK-based event management company Nteractive delivered full endto-end production across venue, logistics, content, and experience, creating a high-impact platform at a critical moment in Nebius’ growth journey.
Background and challenge When Nebius approached Nteractive to deliver their Inflection event the brief was clear: deliver their first US flagship event and establish a credible presence in a competitive market. The Inflection Forum was positioned as a‘ coming out party’ for Nebius, offering exclusive access to leadership, early product insight, and direct engagement with key stakeholders and media. The expectation was not just delivery, but impact, creating an environment where conversations would shape the narrative around the agentic AI cloud landscape.
The event also needed to land with authority despite being a first edition, balancing technical depth with a seamless guest experience for a senior audience. Multiple venues, including The Conservatory( at One Sansome
Street) and The Palace Hotel, added operational complexity alongside concurrent executive meetings and analyst sessions. At the same time, collaboration with creative branding studio YeahNice required tight alignment to ensure consistency across storytelling, design, and live production.
Solution and execution Nteractive mobilised a specialist team to create an agile delivery model, managing venue contracting, registration, F & B, AV, main-stage production, and content integration, while partnering closely with YeahNice to align the narrative, custom motion graphics, and visual design. To elevate the main stage, Nteractive deployed a high-impact large LED screen showing customdesigned motion graphics, complemented by integrated venue lighting programmed specifically to match Nebius’ brand colour palette. The programme was structured around a central main stage experience supported by targeted breakout discussions and executive meetings across both venues, culminating in a sophisticated evening cocktail reception.
Because the majority of attendees were local to the San Francisco Bay Area, the travel footprint was kept to a minimum. Furthermore, strict wasteremoval protocols were mandated across all external vendors, ensuring zero unnecessary waste on site.
Impact and outcomes The event successfully positioned Nebius in the US market with a confident, highquality debut that resonated with an elite audience of existing customers, investors, analysts, and tech press.
In terms of challenges and feedback for the future, Tova Weinberg, senior account director Nteractive, tells CMW:“ Materials and prices of building event experiences have gone up across the US, so as event leaders we need to be more strategic in our recommendations around reusable multi-year / multi-use materials that can be stored, utilising local business and vendor partners, and working with clients on a longer planning window to avoid rush charges which can drive up costs. What we’ re starting to see is new emerging markets and locations pop-up in the US that are outside of the typical East Coast / West Coast areas, providing more costeffective solutions and an opportunity for clients to expand their reach to new prospects.” n
