Impact XM and Jack Morton announce merger
G lobal brand experience
agencies Impact XM and Jack Morton, have announced they are merging. The new unified agency will operate under the Jack Morton name and be supported by global investment firm The Riverside Company.
The combined agency will work across 20 offices spanning North America, Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific and offer experiential services including large scale conferences, digital engagement, sponsorship, brand activations, trade shows, corporate events, among other live event services.

The merger is subject to customary approvals and is expected to close in Q1 2026.

Pollacco will serve as CEO of the unified agency and Millon will serve as global president. Josh McCall, the CEO of Jack Morton from 2003 until his retirement in 2022, will be executive chairman of the board of directors.
Jack Morton’ s transition to private ownership follows its sale by Omnicom, creating the opportunity for the unified agency to operate independently.
VOK DAMS appoints new director of experience & quality Stephanie Günther has been appointed director experience and quality at events agency VOK DAMS worldwide. The new role continues her 25-career with the Germany-based agency.
Co-CEO Claudia Köhler-Dams said the newly created role underlined its ambition to interlink strategic clarity, creative excellence and operational quality even more closely. Günther will be responsible for further developing customer experiences across all project phases, from strategic direction through to sustainable implementation.
Strata named as supplier for delivery of major UK government events UK-based agency, Strata, part of The Strata Group, has been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’ s( CCS) RM6364 Media and Creative Services framework, Lot 6( Events).
Being named on Lot 6 – Events means central Government bodies and wider public sector organisations can procure Strata for the delivery of major, complex and high-profile events.
