ADNEC and Kenes partner to launch new tech events

Event tech platform Joyn acquires Arinex

E vent technology platform Joyn has acquired Arinex , the largest Australian owned business event management company . The combined group will be called The Arinex Group , and it says it will focus on creating and technology led event experiences around the world . Arinex has 50 years of experience in a wide range of events including incentives , special events and international conferences .

Arinex CEO Nicole Walker will assume the role of group CEO and will join the group Board , while Joyn co-founder and CEO , Jordan Walsh , takes on the position of group executive chairman . The group also welcomes Tony Ward ( former senior executive of Xero , Microsoft and LinkedIn ) as a director . Under the deal , Joyn will rebrand as Arinex Live . It will continue to work with clients around the world to deliver a full suite of event production services , including technical direction , content creation , and event production .
ICC Sydney innovates with high-tech solution for Accor Pacific conference
International Convention Centre Sydney ( ICC Sydney ), managed by ASM Global , delivered a bespoke digital event app , event check in and badge printing service for hotel operator Accor Pacific , at its recent EmPOWERed Leaders Conference .

The Abu Dhabi-based ADNEC Group has signed a strategic partnership with global events management company Kenes Group , to launch new events within the emirate .
As part of the agreement , ADNEC Services , in co-operation with Kenes Group , will launch several specialised events in Abu Dhabi across several fields . The two parties intend to build partnerships with institutions to launch specialised conferences and exhibitions across a range of sectors – which they hope will include the world ’ s largest guest tech event .
Dan Rivlin , CEO of Kenes Group , said : “ Our collaboration with ADNEC Group is a step forward in the consolidation of an international gathering in Abu Dhabi that will bring together professionals working with guests across industries and showcase the latest technology .”
