Costs are certainly rising according to the NYC Travel and Tourism Outlook , with ADR for the year to date to May 2023 , $ 255 , 12 % above 2019 levels , and up 8 % versus 2022 . The hotel pipeline is increasing , however , with 12,600 rooms coming online by 2025 , reaching over 130,000 rooms . n
