Hotels Spring 2023 has seen the reopening of the five-star hotel Burdigala in the Mériadeck district of the city centre , now with 83 rooms , as well as the Novotel Bordeaux Aéroport which has also been fully renovated . At the airport , the four-star Sheraton opened for business in January with 177 rooms and an integrated conference centre capable of hosting 300 participants .
