E ncore , a leading event production company , worked closely with Radisson Hotel Group to deliver the second edition of RADISSON LIVE . The event was nothing short of extraordinary and brought together 180 meeting and event clients and partners from across the globe for a unique evening gala . The aim was simple : to awaken all the senses and provide attendees with an unforgettable experience . Inspiring sessions from guest speakers included topics like metaverse in hospitality . Sustainability was a key consideration for the event , which was designed to be 100 % carbon neutral , with guests ’ carbon footprint offset , and showcased how immersive AV combined with best-in-class hospitality can reshape the world of events .

Objective Following the highly successful launch of RADISSON LIVE in 2021 , Radisson Hotel Group ( RHG ) raised the bar and set the highest expectations with the second edition . To be held in the Ballroom at their Radisson Blu hotel in Frankfurt , the aim of the evening was to create a truly immersive event experience that showcased the best of RHG ’ s meeting and event capabilities , raised awareness of their flagship hotels and new openings , re-connected their key customers after the pandemic and connected the audience with inspiring speakers . The evening was to feature live performances that were enhanced by technology and presented in a visually stunning manner that would stimulate the senses . It promised to be a truly unforgettable experience that showcased RHG ’ s commitment to providing the best in hospitality and events .
Solution Inspired by the Van Gogh Alive exhibition , the world ’ s most visited immersive multi-sensory experience featuring 360-degree projections , the aim was to transform the ballroom at Radisson Blu , Frankfurt , into a truly unique , immersive event experience with a lasting impact .
The stage , screen , sound , and lighting in the ballroom were all considered and meticulously planned to ensure the brief , to awaken the senses , was achieved .
The team equipped a mammoth 270-degree LED wall into the Ballroom that immersed the guests in the spectacular Radisson content – allowing the audience to feel a part of the production rather than just spectators . Made up of 800 LED panels with a 2.9mm pixel pitch , this gave the LED wall a total resolution of 16K . The scale of the screen meant the content became a lasting all-around experience with the audience fully immersed in the
