New partnership for CWT and Tracker Software

Business travel management platform , CWT , has signed a global referral agreement with Tracker Software Technologies ( TST ), a specialist in business traveller compliance management .
The agreement will enable CWT to provide a data feed of travel bookings for mutual customers to the TST platform at customers ’ request . This will assess trip data and alert stakeholders to specific tax and immigration compliance requirements pre-trip .
Border controls have tightened globally in recent times , and new taxation rules and work visa requirements vary widely between countries . The partners claim they can reduce the risk of fines for employers and their travellers who do not have the correct immigration and tax information .
Patrick Andersen , president and chief commercial officer of CWT , said : “ Our customers have a need for streamlined processes , real-time visibility of where their travellers are , how long they ’ ll be gone , the type of work they ’ re doing and , to be alerted to any tax and immigration compliance actions required .”

International Convention Centre Sydney ( ICC Sydney ) has launched a new conversational webinar programme , ‘ Events in Focus ’, showcasing insights into the planning and delivery processes of digital events .

As Covid-19 restrictions hit , Pathology Update was transformed from a hybrid format to 100 % virtual in a matter of days . The ICC Sydney Connect platform enabled 180 speakers , 1,200 medical professionals and 43 exhibitors to attend .
Colorado-based staging and events technology provider , Image Audiovisuals has released a Presentation Management Portal that automates the process of organising , gathering , and uploading presenter materials for meetings .
The system , which is part of ImageAV ’ s proprietary virtual platform , eAttend Global , is designed to streamline the presenter process by giving each conference or event presenter access to a secure portal to upload and manage their session material . Organisers gain the ability to plan a fully live and virtual event at the same time without duplicating efforts . The eAttend platform ’ s database connects the agenda to the presenters and knows which presenters have uploaded presentations , videos and handouts , and which have not – generating a report on-demand for planners .
